    Small update! Patch 2.6.1 has been released. This patch addresses several issues that resulted in LWC crashes on non-English locales. If you could not get LWC to start up, please download the latest update from our download page, delete your existing installation and set up LWC 2.6.1. If you are still having issues, please send us an email or post on our forums.

    Other minor fixes include proper updating of the Version Name of your live wallpapers, as well as buttons to remove your personal logos and custom icons.

    Hi Vas, Im still using Lwc 2.6 and at my developer console I figured out that live wallpapers made whith 2.6 have more crashes than the others made whith Lwc 2.1.Does Lwc Patch 2.6.1 will prevent this issue

    Vas does LWC 2.6.1 supports 7 inch or 10 inch Tablets....?

    Vas has wrote on "LWC 2.6 - List of Features and Fixes" that this version support for Windows 8 (including tablets).
    Maybe it can answer you, if not, let's wait Vas to reply :p

    I think Vas is trying to say that Windows 8 - including tablets too can be used to create live wallpapers whith LWC :)
    My question was does live wallpapers made whith LWC 2.6 can run on tablets

    We tried out some wallpapers on a tablet, and we didn't spot any issues. However, we haven't done extensive testing on tablets. I would have to say that it should work, but you really have to see for yourself. If some of your users are reporting issues, then try to get some screenshots and send them to us. Best I can advise.

    I just checked my developer console and I have positive comments from Tablet users, I thinks it is working.I have just one case whith a Nook Hd tablet, for some reasons the user couldnt open the live wallpaper

    Thanks, Yes I can see that LW works pretty well whith tablets..I have seen some of you LW may I know how do you make icons, they are very stylish:)

    I don't, I just use the ones LWC gives me :)

    Except when I'm working with gifs, gotta photoshop the effect in.

    @fatos @NewKid @Maximus @Vas Have any one tried adding gif images to live wallpaper?i tried but the live wallpaper freezes and it closes.i tried by lowering frames of gif image still it doesn't work.if any one tried please let me know and also if possible please share your lwp's link i like to see it :D

    Yes same thing whith me Im not able to create a live wallpaper whith gifs. I tried adding gifs but every time live wallpaper crashes at start. I tryed and to my friends Galaxy S3 but same thing,crashes....
    Hopefuly whith the release of Lwc 2.7 this issue will be gone
