does the "items" resolutions have to be square?

    like the title, do the items have to be square resolutions? like 200x200 or can it be like 200x50 or something along those lines?

    Not at all. They can be any size.

    awesome, maybe this'll help optimizing the LWP better, i've been doing square resolutions cuz im so used to 3d modeling lol, good to know Vas, thanks!

    Yeah, also if you are using small PNG's, you can make the size of the actual item small, but use a larger canvas so that its easier to hit those items on touch (for example using a 50x50 canvas for 5x5 star or something) This mainly applies to interaction, but for disabled interaction you might want to use canvas as big as the actual item, to optimize memory/cpu usage
