    Work on the next version of LWC is in progress and we're interested whether to include the Publisher feature in the wallpaper creator or not? How often do you use the built in Publisher feature to publish your apps to the market?

    Because it's there, I use the window for a quick check on stats of currently published LWPs but I always use the actual website for publishing and updating.

    Yeah it's not worth trying to support this feature for many good reasons. It will not be part of future lwc versions.
